Residential visits are not taxed. The every-2-weeks column is the published price for that size. Weekly is 20% off the one-time price, every 2 weeks is 15% off when the home is larger than the table, and monthly is 10% off. Discounts round to the nearest dollar.

Office visits are booked by estimated hours. Florida sales tax (6% state + 1% Polk County surtax) (7%) is added as its own line. Homes are not taxed.
Recurring office contracts start with a walkthrough. The price is confirmed after that visit.
Before the first visit
Who brings supplies?
We do, including a vacuum, mop, and bathroom cleaners. If you want your own products used, say so in the notes.
Can I leave entry instructions?
Yes. Lockbox codes, alarm notes, and where the dog will be stay on the job for the assigned cleaner.
What if the visit needs to move?
Reschedule or cancel from your account until the cleaner marks the visit started.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. A 2-cleaner team is billed by the hour, one cleaner has a lower hourly rate, and the visit has a minimum. Office bookings add sales tax as its own line. Recurring contracts start with a walkthrough.
When do I pay?
Pay later / offline. Card payments are not configured, so nothing is charged when you book. The total is saved on the visit.
